Petey was taken in a cruelty case. He is middle age and very good looking now. He was thought to be totally blind. But he seems to have some vision. He also does well getting around using his other senses. He would be great as a pony pal for another horse or pony. He is a sweet animal that needs another chance. Please call 304-273-2028
