Dakota: 1977 Missouri Fox Trotter gelding, healthy and sound, amazing ride, he came in with Shawnee Sue and Kochese and his family lost their farm. Yes he is older but oh boy what a ride, the smoothest ride in town, totally gaited. What a fun guy that anyone with just a bit of balance can ride. A perfect horse for a child or older person that may have arthritis, a bad back can't be bounced around in a trot. He is very capable and has many good years of great riding left, at least 5 to 10 years... yes, this is very possible with good care and its actually best to keep older horses moving just like keeping active as we age. He is amazing. Sound barefoot, healthy, came to us very well cared for. This boy deserves a fun loving home. Loads, ties, cross ties, bathes, good with vet and farrier, good with other horses, no vices. Don't wait too long as we might be tempted to keep him here and enjoy him ourselves. Great great horse for a lucky adopter.
